These Terms & Conditions may be changed from time to time without notice to the customer. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders.

All orders are subject to acceptance, reasons for non-acceptance may include (but not limited by):

• Unable to obtain authorisation for payment.
• Unable to verify the customer details given in relation to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase and therefore have reasonable grounds to support a fraudulent transaction.

Saturn Services (UK) Ltd. reserve the right to refuse an order without disclosing the reason.

All prices are in GBP Sterling.

All payments are due at time of placing order and orders will not be shipped until Saturn Services (UK) Ltd Ltd. has recieved cleared Funds.

All the Erol software will be sent direct from Erol at a cost of £10.00

Returns Policy

Please note that returns on software are not accepted - in the event of faulty software a replacement will be sent.
